My natural hair color is black, but I found a single gold hair?

Just curious, what could be the cause for this? I sometimes find red hairs as well.

The sun does that when you stay in it for a long period of time sometimes. (Or maybe not long but a period of time).

I have dark brown hair and will sometimes find golden streaks in the summer.

Think of them as free-of-charge highlights O' So Natural :)

Sometimes that starts to happen when your hair starts to go gray.

It means you should save these hairs for a month. One dark night when there is a new moon, a fairy will come through your window at night and spin them into a fine gold crown. Wear the gold crown to your cousin Betty's wedding party. There you will going to meet a rich prince in disguise who will wisk you away to a paradise on earth. You'll marry him, have 6 children and live happily ever after.

Same here.

I have naturally black/dark brown hair but I have tons of brown hair, red hair and golden/blond hair. This is kind of weird considering I'm from India but I think it could be because of the Aryan ancestry.

I'll say random mutation, if the hair is a different color from root to tip.

Leave it, or live with it, whichever.

My mom had a white streak from the time she was a teen, just on one side. With decades passing other hair grayed to match *except* the opposite streak, which was dark for all of her days. I'd read that *that* sort of thing can run in families, rather than being random.
