Hi, I think sometimes even though people look good with their natural hair color, a little boost helps them achieve a better glow. When I say a little boost I dont mean like completely changing their color, just maybe a few highlights or a shade maybe a little lighter or darker than their natural color.

That depends much of the person.

If someone is born with mousey colored hair, they probably don't want to feel mousey all their life. And they probably look better in other colors than just that.

The same if someone is born as a blond or borderline blond. Sure being blond can look good but one probably doesn't want to be all their life as a blond.

Some people look great with the hair color they were born with -- usually the mediterranean type black hair. Other colors look great when dyed as well. So even Japanese and Afro type hair can look great when they are dyed, even radically dyed.

Some look good with the color they came with. I guess if one like the hair color s/he has, then s/he look great with it. I guess the brownish mousey is the only color that just doesn't look great on anyone.
