Organic relaxers are supposed to leave your hair less damaged by not using the chemicals normal relaxers use. If you have " virgin " hair or natural with no chemicals organic is best. However, make sure you test a strand of your hair first to make sure it makes your hair as straight as you want. Also, to make sure your not allergic.
No matter, what anything used on your hair may cause damage and scalp irritation. So please read the instructions on either product.

in general relaxing hair brings damage to it but this damage could be decreased if you used an organic relaxer it minimize the damage to the hair but it doesn't prvent it
