Pantene Relaxed and Natural is good.. I have friends that use it and they love it. Even my boyfriend loves it

Panteen woman of colour because Panteen is a very good product and this will give you shine as well!

Best of luck!

I personally would not use the pantene women of color. The first ingredients are water and petroleum and to wash your hair I would use soap not grease. Not trying to be smart just saying.

I'd have to say the pantene line is my favorite! Also try to pantene stlying milk if you mear your hair natural. If you don't rinse it out it works as a gel. But much healthier.

I have to say that I wouldn't go with either. I use Elucence Moisture Benefits Shampoo and I love it. You want your hair to have a base of moisture to work with to look its best, and this shampoo does the job. It's a bit expensive, but it lasts a long time.

If you don't want to use Elucence, the most important thing is to choose a moisturizing shampoo. Use a formula for dry hair even if your hair isn't dry.

Or you could try the "no poo" routine, and use conditioner to wash your hair. Commercial shampoos typically contain detergents that strip the natural moisture from our hair, so a lot of naturals and curlies use this method to keep their hair moisturized. I use Suave Tropical Coconut Conditioner when I no poo (aka co-wash).

Hope this helps, Kaya
