You look fine. Maybe you are using too much heat? Your hair is so short you don't really need to use an iron or hair dryer.

It's natural for a certain amount of strands that come out or whatever but your hair is natural so your going to have to work with the fact that is will get tangled a lot. You should google the crown and glory hair growth method. She will show you a better way of combing your hair without being too rough on it.

buy two 100% silk scarves (to alternate cuz they're dry clean only)

and put them on your pillow or keep your hair wrapped w/ it whil you sleep, cotton can break your hair and rob it of it's oils. Wash your hair with Creme Of Nature Shampoo, Get a deep conditioning (i put a clear cap over it and get under the dryer or shower to create heat, which helps the conditioner do it's job. Also avoid excessive heat. Queen Helen hair conditioner is really moisturizing yet affordable. Don't put any unnecessary stress on the hair, like a lot of styling, brushing especially on the hairline until your hair is in a better state. Most importantly of all, going to a professional every two weeks REGULARLY will make a huge difference! Make sure they're goal is healthy hair tho, and not just all about styling. Don't chair hop, too many different hands in your hair can give you mixed results

shedding and breakage are different, but you seem to know that. shedding could be diet or stress. breaking you can stop - it's from damage and dryness. best products are from www.precioushue.com and natural products are at www.precioushue.biz

you need nutrients exercise and plenty of water.Green tea also helps.I recommend this site http://triplegro.com .The info is very useful. You should also cover your head w' a satin sleep bonnet at night.TRIMMING HAIR DOES NOT SPEED GROWTH.It simply keeps hair looking uniform through removal of split ends.If there are no split ends it is absolutely unnecessary to trim.If you trim your hair every time it grows it'll seem to you as though it isn't growing 'cuz it wont get much longer.Similarly if you don't take good care of your hair then it will break and. the breakage during growth will also make it seem as though your hair isnt making any progress. It's like taking one step forward then backward right to where you were before.Don't expect miracles expect healthy hair.Hair only grows 1/2" a month so 3" is more realistic however at least its a start...

These are very good prods 4 aa hair relaxed or natural
