No, it's definitely possible to have long hair. Look at Diana Ross, that's some long hair. Keep in mind there's a sort of "maximum length" for each individual. You see those women with hair to the floor, while others will never have hair even reach their waist. That statement is completely not true. Most naturals have a tightly coiled curl pattern which makes the hair seem shorter than the actual length. I am a natural. My hair appears to be one to two inches long but is actually four to five inches long. Before I started relaxing my hair, my natural hair length stopped below my shoulders. So yes it is possible to grow long beautiful natural hair.

Kinky hair is actually really FRAGILE and requires a lot of care. It's easy to get frustrated and not know what to do. But if anyone does not take care of their hair it will fall out.

Most of my hair fell out with a relaxer but now I am natural and I grow 8 inches a year of hair. Just keep it healthy and hydrated.
