Natural special effect hair dye?

i have black hair and i dont want to bleach it to get the right shade (colors; pink,blue and,ect) i want to dye it in the back is there some way i can lighten up my hair and still keep it from falling out,and if i use lemon juice will me natural color come back to black

you have to bleach it than put the blue or whatever over it a professional can do this for you in a more healthier way to avoid damage the bleach they use is less harsh than over the counter ones.
