=) I have just about the same eye color, maybe off by a tint or two. And I think dying it black would make it stand out.

Maybe you could try a natural dark brown, that may look good. It's hard to tell without a photo of your whole face. But dying your hair black would be a HUGE mistake. There are so many people with pale skin, and blue eyes that dye their hair black and they look so washed out.

Go honey with a few chestnut brown streaks.

Because you have fair skin, dark hair won't make it look harmonious (art term). Stick to the lighter colours, they'll bring out your pretty sky eyes.

but I know what its like to want to change things up a bit. I dyed my hair darker once. It faded a couple days after b/c I went to this water park! lol it sucked. I regretted dying it at all though, b/c once you start you have to keep up with it! It'll either fade, or just be two colors for a long time. I dyed mine like 2 yrs ago, and i still have a little color left from it. It was pretty ugly for a while!! lol just letting you know!

oh, maybe you could go for a darker brown if dying it at all. I guess the ash would be cool too since you have freckles like me haha
