I always wondered the same since the majority of black women have relaxed hair. Maybe it's because the most advertisers are white and natural hair is something exotic to them. If the advertisers are black, maybe it's the "good" and "bad" hair thing being played out. Curly, wavy, and long hair is more acceptable in the black community.
